Planetary Ethics Charter

At Namor, we believe intelligence must serve not only people, but the living systems of Earth. As an ecosystem intelligence platform, Namor is guided by a broader ethical compass, one that recognizes the intrinsic value of nature, the rights of present and future generations, and the need to act in service of planetary continuity.

We commit to:

• Human dignity and rights: Upholding fundamental human rights, privacy, and non-discrimination in all uses of our technology.
• Integrity of the living Earth: Recognizing ecosystems, species, and natural systems as entities with inherent value, not just instrumental utility.
• Non-extractive intelligence: Designing and deploying AI systems that do not exploit or degrade planetary systems, but instead support regeneration, protection, and repair.
• Transparency and accountability: Ensuring decisions made with or by Namor are traceable, auditable, and guided by scientific and ethical oversight.
• Multi-species justice: Considering the voices and impacts on marginalized communities, Indigenous knowledge systems, and life forms beyond the human.
• Planet-first governance: Ensuring that all sensing, modeling, or technology we deploy respects ecological thresholds and causes no harm to natural systems.
• Ethics by design: Embedding principles of ecological ethics into all contracts, deployments, and partnerships.

We believe that true intelligence, human or artificial, must be rooted in responsibility to the whole Earth system. Namor is our contribution to that future.
